As a manager you are an enthusiastic role model who will manage store operations including employees, facilities and equipment in order to ensure that FAT BURGER standards around people, product, cleanliness and exceptional customer service are fulfilled.

Experience: 3-5

Years Education:
Completion of High School or Equivalent Job

Description:

Leads by example to demonstrate and reinforce with employees that the customer is top priority
Responds to customers in a friendly manner with an appropriate sense of urgency
Schedules employees to ensure optimal coverage at all times and fills in as required for various areas during busy periods to meet deadlines
Maintains a productive and safe work environment
Performs sales analysis, labor and throw out calculations on a daily basis
Responsible for daily cash procedures and financial reporting
Supervises and manages performance of Storefront Employees, Production Employees, and Shift Supervisors to ensure all job duties and behaviors are aligned with store policies and applies progressive discipline where necessary
Sets goals and objectives with employees and provides guidance and assistance as required
Tracks and submits payroll information for all employees.
Have great attention to detail and work in a fastpaced environment, and be able to handle working under pressure
Maintain inventory and supplies in the restaurant Balance cash register and complete balance sheets, cash reports Conduct performance reviews Specific Skills
Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
Keep track of individual staff members performance and set their work schedule Address and handle customers complaints or concerns Supervise and train new staff employees.
Will make Good TIP App. $3.00 per hours.
Will support with Immigration Paper work.
