The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly.

• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure the cleanliness of all items
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed
• Dispose of trash and recycling appropriately

• Prior experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work well within a team
• Reliability is key for this position as it is critical in the success of an evening service
