Position Summary


As a Advisor-Human Resources within our HR Labour and Employee Relations Department, you will be responsible for providing support, guidance and advice to Senior Officers and Civilian Senior Managers, Uniform and Civilian Supervisors, on a range of processes, practices, and services within the Human Resources function, primarily related to labour relations, sensitive workplace issues (complaints, conflicts), performance management and general employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, collective agreement provisions and policies.

What we offer
The salary range for this permanent, full-time position is $100, $119,414.00 per annum. Peel Regional Police offers a highly competitive compensation package; applicants will be considered for the top end of the range ($109, $119, based on experience.

The salary is complemented with a comprehensive benefit program, including employer-paid Health/Dental and Life Insurance after a six (6) month waiting period; and the OMERS Pension Plan effective upon hire.
