Reporting to the Corporate and Digital Portfolio Manager and part of the PMO, the Project Manager will be delivering both technology (IT) and business projects.
With your strong interpersonal and analytical skills, you will be able to successfully manage various digital and corporate projects.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing digital and corporate strategic projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, within budget and most importantly that they generate the expected value through the use of the proper project management tools.
You will also support the team in the deployment of the PMO as well as work closely with the UX and Change Management teams.

What would be your main responsibilities as a Project Manager?:- Responsible for planning and overseeing assigned IT & Business projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, within budget, and most importantly that they generate the expected value.
- Effectively communicates project expectations & status to team members and stakeholders
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Identify resource gaps and make appropriate recruitment recommendations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Work with Change Management on organizational business impact analysis and change management plans.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Motivate and coach project team members to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work and support them by removing impediments.
- Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Deliver projects in accordance with project governance best practices
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Support ongoing activities to develop and enhance project management practices
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed
Key Skills and Attributes:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or relevant professional experience
- Minimum of 5+ years' direct work experience as a Project Manager
- Project Management Qualification (PMP/PRINCE 2) and Agile certification is preferred
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools (Jira), methodologies, and best practices
- Proven experience in managing projects using Waterfall methodology
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Possess an Agile mindset
- Bilingualism (French/English) in speaking and writing will be considered a strong asset; a basic knowledge of French would be a plus
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
- Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent analytical skills
- Able to drive consensus among multiple stakeholders
- Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decisionmaking
- Some travel may be required for the purpose of meetings with clients, stakeholders or team members in our various facilities
