    AZ Driver Position Highlights:

    • Compensation: Starting at $28.76 with an average of $30-32 per hour in the first year
    • Shift: Day Shift (3AM - 5AM Start time)
    • Location: Kingston, ON
    • Performance-based incentive program after 3 months
    • 4-day workweek with opportunities for overtime

    Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:

    • Valid AZ driver's license with a clean commercial driver's abstract
    • Physically fit and capable of handling heavy items (up to 80 lbs)
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills with fluency in English
    • Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience
    • Ability to work in various weather and road conditions

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Providing exceptional service to establish and nurture strong customer relationships
    • Manually unloading and delivering food items to customer locations using ramps and occasionally stairs
    • Safely operating trucks or trailers over different routes
    • Conducting vehicle inspections and maintaining accurate delivery records
    • Verifying product deliveries and managing customer invoices
    • Adhering to health, safety, and work procedures

    DEPOT SPECIFIC JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

    • Flexibility to cover other nearby Depots as needed
    • Availability to work weekends and long shifts
    • Understanding the variable hours based on business needs and weather conditions
