Job Description:


How will you support the team?

  • Understand, observe and enhance the employee experience at Laura Canada by creating a marketing identity.
  • Take charge of the internal communication and promotion of the employee experience.
  • Manage career website and update the employee experience content.
  • Develop the editorial calendar and manage the publication and the promotion of employee experience content across platforms.
  • Build and analyze reports to assess the effectiveness of the promotion of employee experience.
  • Create opportunities for all employees to promote the employee experience by providing guidance, training and sharing templates.
  • Advise senior management on market trends and best practices in employer brand and employee experience.

Qualifications:


The people who thrive with us have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, human resources or any other related field
  • 5 years of experience in managing employer identity strategy or employee experience
  • Good knowledge of the best practices on the market in terms of employer brand and employee experience
  • Knowledge of internal and external communication media
  • Demonstrates excellent prioritizing and organizational skills
  • Bilingual (French and English written and spoken) in order to write communications in both languages.
