SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Process orders, order entries and issue invoices using QuickBooks
Handle all order desk related customer inquiries, including short shipments, damages and product availability
Manage & administer customer traffic requirements - logistics (pick up/delivery)
Ensure pricing accuracy on all orders
Extremely efficient and highly organized
Continuous improvement in company policies and procedures
Flexibility required for absence coverage
Cross training of others within the department
Act within the company philosophy
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience working with QuickBooks order systems
SAP knowledge is an asset
General knowledge of furniture retail service industry
Experience in a customer relations related field
Salary:
$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
