The Opportunity
Deliver consistently high levels of service to customers and branch by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems and fulfilling requests.
The Role
- Manage Customer Satisfaction with all existing customers by delivering the utmost in customer service
- Provide technical and product advise for all customer and branch inquiries
- Provide technical information regarding product selection and is viewed as a solutions provider.
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and pricing information
- Develop proposals and quotes based upon client needs, specifications and product offerings.
- Increase sales and average order size by means of crossselling, upselling, addon sales and offering promotional sales items
- Responsible for processing orders for internal and external customers, including quoting, order entry, expediting and order follow up
- Support with preparation of customer presentations, tenders, RFQs and Project Quotations, as required
- Bilingualism is considered an asset
- Education: College diploma / Post secondary Education
- Knowledge**:Basic knowledge of Wajax's lines of business including heavy equipment and Material Handling experience.
- Proficiency: Strong oral and written communication skills. Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
