We are looking for an experienced
Supervisor - Personal Insurance to provide supervision to staff and sales and service to clients' changing insurance needs at our office located in
Brentwood Bay

What you will do in the role:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned employees
  • Observe and evaluate the performance of employees on a regular basis, addressing performance concerns as they arise
  • Coach employees to fully develop within their roles; identify training needs, and provide solutions
  • Resolve employee and customer complaints
  • General insurancerelated and supervisory administrative duties

You can offer SeaFirst:


  • An active level 2 general insurance license; a CAIB/CIP designation would be an asset
  • A minimum of 5 years in an insurance sales role
  • Previous experience in a supervisory position
  • Your strong sales and decisionmaking skills
  • A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Your desire to be part of our dynamic and collaborative team
  • Previous experience using Epic is an asset

  • Brentwood Bay, in-person
  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Permanent, Fulltime employment (40 hrs/week)

Supplemental pay types:
