Develop, implement and monitor social media recruiting strategies that target competitive applicants Create relevant and creative digital media content to attract a diverse pool of applicants Monitor and track success of recruiting campaigns Responsible for Managing social media platforms Assist in optimizing website content Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Pursuing a degree/diploma in Marketing, Media Studies, Media Communications or related field of study In-depth Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok) and best pratices with a strong passion for staying up on current events, social and content marketing trends Ability to develop social media marketing strategy, build organizational awareness and generate inbound traffic to website and social media platforms Knowledge of social media insights and analytics and the ability to prepare related reports Shoot, edit and size content for website and social media platforms Effective written, oral communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
