The Role

In this role at WTW you will:

Serve as a key resource on client teams performing necessary calculations or actuarial analysis on a wide variety of routine and special retirement projects
Engage with team members by participating in meetings and presentations
Work with a variety of colleagues and clients gaining exposure to different work styles
Learn about WTW career paths
Have robust learning and development opportunities including trainings, mentorship programs, and actuarial exam support

About you

Progress towards a Bachelor's degree in math, actuarial science, economics, finance, or related field
Progress/interest towards actuarial credentials (ASA, ACIA, FSA, FCIA) preferred
Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Aptitude to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fastpaced work environment
Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
