Practice as Ceremony Cultural Supports Service is a Program designed to offer Cultural supports and services to connect our partners, community members and clients to cultural activities and ceremony.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile timesheets and update tracking sheets.
- Support staff and supervisors with schedules and update calendars.
- Responsible for in office teaching calendar
- Book meeting rooms and Organizing meeting refreshments.
- Support supervisors with booking, scheduling teachings.
- Maintain attendance sheets and evaluations for teachings.
- Manage and keep files for contacted services.
- Track required training and arranged for staff training.
- Take notes at staff meetings and distribute accordingly.
- Compile statistical information.
- Assist staff with correspondence typing, filing, photocopying.
- Order office supplies.
- Ensure brochures are printed and brochure board is always full.
- Answer telephone and inquiries from staff and clients, taking messages as required.
- Manage and maintain Invoicing for fee for service contracts.
Qualification Requirements
- Office Administrative Certification diploma: equivalencies will be considered.
- Minimum 1year experience as Office Administration.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word documents.
- Experience with bookkeeping is preferred.
- Typing and data entry speed of 50 wpm.
- Accurate and detailed oriented; able to meet assigned deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Must provide a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector and Intervention Record Check (within a 6month period from date of completion).
Start Date
- This position is to start immediately and contingent on clear checks (IRC & CRIM Check).
- This is a fulltime temporary position, the contract will end August 31, 2024.
