Insurance Broker - Commercial Lines

As a Commercial Insurance Broker with Huestis, you are responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and by referring new business.

Every day you will build lasting relationships with your customers, helping protect what matters most to them.

Here's what a typical day looks like:

Servicing a book of designated commercial accounts
Conduct sales calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers
Manage walkin queries, sales and upselling of products to new and existing clients
Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
Continue selfdevelopment through industry and training and other courses
Generate leads through community involvement and events
Knowledge of each Insurance Company's products, endorsements, packages and payment plans

The value you bring:

General Insurance Class 3 License and prior commercial lines experience an asset
Fluency in French an asset
Work well in a team environment
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Fast learner with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
Positive and energetic attitude
Strong problemsolving skills and comfort with technology
