Description

The Account Payable will report directly to the Accounting Manager and is a role for ensuring accurate payment to suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:

Match purchase orders confirming prices and quantity to vendors' invoices.
Accurate data entry of invoices into bank system
Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and document
Pay vendors by verifying invoice of materials or services; scheduling and preparing cheques;
Respond to vendors inquires in a timely and professional manner
Manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for payables
Additional responsibilities will be assigned by your immediate supervisor

Requirements:

Detail oriented with organized skills, and ability to multitask
Passionate about doing accounting work
A good understanding of retail processes
Wiliness and ability to sustainably learning
Selfdriven and an excellent team player
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
