Job Summary:
  • Specifically, you will lead initiatives by collaborating with teams responsible for enabling Retail Media, Media Innovation, and Accessibility
  • a key driver of overall brand channel growth.
This scope includes the ongoing innovation and deployment of the Media technology landscape, which includes and is not limited to the following solutions:

  • The Asset Bank (Digital Asset Management)
  • Celtra and Creative X ( Creative Automation technology)
Retail Media network platforms (Criteo, Citrus, Pacvue)
Shoppable tools
Social commerce and influencer marketing tech.
Web 3 portfolio + Generative AI Media Analytics solutions Work closely with senior leaders across the various global functions (DMC, Business group leads), Geography IT and Uniops in Market teams to successfully deploy solutions and help drive strong business adoption.
Overall responsibility for management of the program and its delivery, reporting and budgeting. Provide necessary leadership and support to a team of apprentices and UFLP who will be on rotation.
Relentless Focus on Fundamentals that ensure rigor and discipline in planning and execution.
Prioritize funding of activities to make our digital investments work. Hold key suppliers and internal delivery teams accountable to ontime delivery with quality.
Be well connected within Uniops solutions to continue to establish and promote innovation of the media tech capabilities within Unilever's broader digital ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES Build longterm relationships with Media, CMI, D&A and Digital media and commerce hubs. Accountable for influencing and capturing requirements for Media Data and Insights capabilities and driving adoption of campaign code standardisation. Build a deep understanding of the capabilities within the DMC portfolios (and adjacent ecosystems) and an understanding of business requirements, across different functions. Accountability for the Media Technology budget, risks, issues, and action logs and coordinating with finance operations team for Purchase orders and good receipts. Accountability for change management and communications for all projects critical to success Stakeholder management and business partnering of Global Retail media and corporate centre teams, agencies and partners who help us drive the program. Drive new technologies, innovations in the space that provide incremental business value. With the platform team(s), identify, compare & contrast and select new technology partners, Onboarding them with periodic secure by design reviews and advocacy for accessibility compliance. Leverage forums available across stakeholder domains to showcase and guide team on the power of one unilever tech and rationalise the business group specific technology requirements.

Experience / Skills:

  • Relevant experience managing complex content / data projects.
  • Strong appreciation of the process and data challenges faced in complex data projects / programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and technologies.
  • Proven track record in driving process simplification across vast ecosystems
  • Ability to work alongside and influence challenging stakeholders.
  • Business partnering experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver through others.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a global virtual team in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in fastmoving/ entrepreneurial environments, particularly involving Digital, eCommerce and onset of AI which will shape the future of media and marketing
