Position Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Know RFBT's products and processes inside and out in order to answer questions confidently.
  • Communicate and coordinate with RFBT partners and colleagues to solve and respond to customer inquiries and concerns as necessary.
  • Provide support in our store operations as a Barista by preparing drinks according to customer preference and standard RFBT recipes.
  • Handle and process all customer payments, in the form of cash or credit/debit, accurately on the POS system.
  • Greet customers in a professional manner and record their drink order into the POS system based on their preferences and customization requests.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of RFBT's Headquarters and Warehouse location.
  • Perform ad hoc office administrative tasks as needed.

  • 2+ years of office administrative or customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese (written and verbal) is an asset
  • Strong written and oral communication, problemsolving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to manage time well and multitask accordingly

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
