Security Guard - Montréal, Canada - Welcome Hall Mission

Number of positions: 1Job type:
- Schedule (four days a week): Monday to Sunday 8am6pm every other weekend
- Full time (38h per week)
- Contractual employment until March 31, 2024
- Salary: 20$ per hour
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintain order and intervene where necessary to ensure compliance with the organizationrules and guidelines for staff, visitors, clients and premises
- Ensure the protection of the premises and intervene in case of emergencies
- Monitor intrusion detection systems using automated alarm or video surveillance software
- Control access to the building and inspect clients' bags
- Observe and report on activities or incidents in the building and update registers
- Write a clear and accurate report
Desired Profile:
- High level of professionalism
- Ability to work alone
- Discrete
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proper and relevant judgment and autonomous
- Experience in crisis management
- Possess a valid CNESST first aid licence
- One (1) year experience in a security position
- Good knowledge of spoken French and English
- Possess a valid licence delivered by the Bureau de la sécurité privée
