For almost 40 years, our teams in Toronto, Montreal, and Miami, have been providing software and service solutions that enable the life science industry to manage interactions with stakeholders; improve sales and marketing processes; and identify opportunities for future growth.


Ongoing growth within these SaaS franchises has created an opportunity for two Bilingual Client Coordinators to join our Montreal client services team.

These client-facing positions involve assisting our customers with the use of our software, assisting them with the coordination of their projects, and providing assistance to their health care professional and patient customers as required.

These entry-level positions would be ideally suited to energetic and highly motivated recent university graduates in either science or business with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.


Responsibilities

  • Handling inquiries from our life science clients throughout Canada and the U.S.
  • Assisting our clients in navigating their software solutions
  • Assisting their healthcare professionals and patients in the use of our software
  • Processing their requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing assistance with the management of administrative tasks
  • Delivering on our promise of "Service Excellence"

Desired Skills and Expertise

  • A university degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and French
  • Excellent problem solving skills with great attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, and other webbased tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role, and/or previous experience within the life sciences industry would be considered assets.

From $45,000.00 per year
