Job Description:
Sodexo is growing We are looking for a Cook to join our dynamic team.
This position is a
full-time role
with through out the week availability. You will be offered, a great team environment, work/life balance and proper training to succeed in your role.
You will have the ability to cook healthy and appealing menus, execution of any new given recipes, help cold production team to enhance the productivity, maintaining food safety records, and fulfill any other assigned tasks according to the requirement.
Qualifications:
You are an experienced cook who enjoys working in a team environment, ensuring high quality results and meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards.
During your mandate, it will be your responsibility to support the Chef in the execution of daily activities defined for our client contract regarding all food service offerings and the cold production menu.
You will use your skills to help create an excellent food service offering for the clients and guests of this site.
You will be asked to prepare general food production, cooking, serving as well as other assigned tasks.You will be required to follow the various Sodexo programs:
Food Safety, Health and Safety, Policies and Procedures, and Marketing.
You have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role or completion of any culinary related courses, and excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
