Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Cargo Agent
Full-Time Position

DUTIES:

Accept, label, warehouse and expedite cargo while being in compliance with Transport Canada regulations
Provide exceptional customer service for all internal and external customers
Handle Dangerous Goods Shipments
Abide by respective Customer Cargo Screening Program
Provide cargo shipment tracking to customers and other bases
Track and action Baggage Incident Reports on behalf of respective airlines
Load and unload aircraft, handling customer baggage and cargo
May assist with ground services which includes, aircraft taxiing procedures, aircraft marshalling, greeting customers, professional baggage/cargo handling as well as coordination of baggage/cargo with the corresponding flight
Operate ground support vehicles and equipment (ie. baggage cart, trucks and van) safely and efficiently
Adhere to all Snowbird Aviation Services standards as outlines in respective manuals and training
Maintain a clean and tidy cargo facility and work environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent internal and external customer service skills complimented with telephone etiquette
Excellent organizational and time management skills coupled with good analytical and decision making skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, adapt quickly to change and events which require a quick turnaround action in order to meet service requirements of the company
Computer Proficiency
Ability to obtain and retain the required Airport Security Pass
Ability to lift 70 pounds
Ability to work shifts as assigned and respond to call outs as required
Valid Driver's License an asset
