The role

As the IT Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues across the business.

This position will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide effective and efficient support across the organization (Retail, Warehouse & Head Office).

This position requires an individual that understands technology, is extremely well organized and adept at communicating IT needs and initiatives both verbally and in writing with stakeholders across the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide first line of helpdesk support to the organizational users
  • Triage incoming support requests to our platform, enforcing process compliance and appropriate ticket prioritization
  • Coordinate IT inventory and procurement including cellular phones, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
  • Assist in preparing and deploying laptops for staff, including all required user profile configuration and data migration
  • Liaise and coordinate with existing IT contract provider to perform installations and updates across the business with mínimal disruption
  • Maintain IT documentation of procedures and standards, ensuring effective and reliable backups are being performed
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall performance delivered to end users
  • Work closely with our IT team on projects and other work as required
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Selfmotivated, directed, attention to detail and highly organized
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritise, and work well under pressure
  • Good collaborator with the ability to work with crossfunctional teams to deliver on objectives
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel
  • Experience with IT support ticketing systems
