As a QA Technician for small electronics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, implementing testing procedures, and identifying defects or issues to maintain our product standards and meet customer expectations.
Your contributions will directly impact the success and reputation of our brand in the industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Product Inspection: Perform comprehensive inspections of small electronic components and final products, assessing their adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and production, to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in electronics or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with small electronics components and their functionality.
- Basic understanding of testing methodologies, equipment, and software used in QA processes.
- Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and work collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is beneficial.
- Adherence to safety protocols and attention to detail to prevent product defects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
