Hiring Experienced Restaurant Manager for Our - Vancouver, Canada - Executive Table Group
Description
Job Duties:
- Manage daily operations including cleanliness, organization, revenue opportunities and
- Quickly and accurately identify critical information and make independent judgments in
- Provide exceptional guest service, thereby setting the standard for all employees
- Respond to customer complaints promptly through service recovery and implement
- Maintain high levels of quality control, hygiene, health and safety; uphold professional
standards
- Most Importantly motivate our team in a friendly, positive and fun way
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years' of Restaurant/Hotel management experience
- Postsecondary degree/diploma in Business/Hospitality Management/Food and
- Wine education is an asset
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial and operational management
- Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships
- High personal integrity, professionalism and maturity
- Must possess strong attention to detail; proven problemsolving abilities
- Exceptional guest service orientation and passion for all things food and beverage
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency in
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00/year plus gratuities, medical and dental coverage, along with many other perks.
