Job Description:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Ability to develop and execute on winning strategy
Schedule and lead customer meetings
Uncovering additional sales opportunities within existing accounts for all offerings
Identifying and overcoming roadblocks and/or obstacles while keeping a positive attitude
Ability to resolve product or service related issues by clarifying the customer's grievance and channeling those issues to the Mobile Video Support Team
Regular client follow-ups to ensure "Total Customer Satisfaction"
Promote extended warranty and maintenance programs to existing, eligible customers
Ensuring client awareness regarding the usefulness and proper operation of the Mobile Video products and services that were purchased
Demonstrate technology to prospective customers
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree/College technical diploma with 1+ years of sales/public safety experience OR 5+ years of sales/public safety experience
Seeking outside sales experience in public safety industry or government agencies
Ability to obtain security clearance as necessary for the position
Ability for 50% - 75% travel
Proficiency in written/spoken French preferred
