This new global Connectivity team will act as both a catalyst for driving asset and organizational efficiency and an accelerator for creating competitive advantage through new products and offerings.
Reporting to the regional Technology Manager, the Digital services Coordinator I will execute on the connectivity roadmap developed together with the manager for their region.
Job Description:
Major Job Functions:
- Working with the branches and customers to manage the signup, orientation, training and maintenance of services on multiple digital platforms.
- Responsible for front line customer service, ensuring users are having using uninterrupted service, updating needs and databases as required.
- Follow the process for the Connectivity Planner to be notified of incoming service work
- Responsible for communicating with Cat as it related to any issues associated with connecting assets and maintaining connectivity.
- Produce customer reports for sales use in customer conversations. Machine usage, idle time, fuel consumption, etc.
- Ability to recognize anomalies in reporting and investigate the root cause
- Working with multiple processes and technology mindset and being receptive to new products and offerings
Qualifications & Experience:
- Postsecondary education in a related field is preferred
- ERP experience
- Service administration (SalesForce and SalesLink is an asset)
- Intermediate MS Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to manage large amounts of data utilizing digital tools and excel.
- Knowledge and understanding of Vlookups and Pivot tables
- Experience in project implementation and project management
- Ability to build close working relationships with the business in order to collaboratively achieve organizational results
- Skilled in strategic thinking, business & technical planning
- Knowledge of equipment, solutions, components & systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with strong presentation skills
- Maintenance and upkeep of Data base systems
- Asset tracking and reporting
- Welldeveloped internal and industry networking capabilities
