Summary:


  • Obtain fuel quotes and secure fuel services with our suppliers.
  • Coordinate flight fuel and prepare fuel tankering plan.
  • Negotiate prices with our preferred Vendors (FBO, caterers, transportation, etc).
  • Execute various tasks assigned by the OCC Manager.

Responsibilities:


  • Support the Flight Dispatcher in their responsibilities.
  • Flight plan as per the company policies outlined in this web manual and the Company Operations Manual
  • Flight follow as per the Flight Following and Flight Watch policy and procedure. Complete day of trip changes.
  • Monitor enroute and destination weather.
  • Trigger the AOG process flow.
  • Generate flight plans for overflight permit planning.
  • Coordinate flight fuel and prepare fuel tankering plan.
  • Monitor the Execaire Operations phone 24/7 as per the department Phone System Routing.
  • Monitor aircraft delay potential and take steps to mitigate delays

Requirements:


  • Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office and Flight Planning Software.
  • Diploma of professional studies (Flight Dispatch) is an asset
  • Dynamic and energetic leader in operational issues with strong leadership, motivational and communication skills. Ability to think/work creatively and strategically.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Bilingual (Spoken and written).
  • Experience in procurement is an asset
  • Available to work on a variety of different schedules to fulfill Operational requirements. This may include weekends and night shifts at times.
