Lions Digital Solutions (LDS) offers courses for different programs, from selling Amazon products & Airbnb hosting, to launching online marketing agencies. The solutions we provide are designed to integrate long-term development and growth for all of the clients we serve. They value innovation and initiative, and have built a team of over 200 people in the past two years, with plans to grow and expand even further Our team is global, with employees working from all over the world - Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia, and North and South America. This position is hybrid in our Yaletown office in downtown Vancouver.


Job Summary**As a Sales Development Rep (SDR), you'll be working with an amazing bunch of people who are super smart and passionate about what we do. About The Role
We are looking for an SDR to help build our outbound program and grow along with us.

You'll be a key member of our sales team and partner with our Account Executives to build a pipeline and move the needle forward in our business.

You are tenacious, a great communicator, and a relationship builder. You are energized by talking to people. You're curious, creative, and excited to take risks, and can get someone's attention. You embrace a challenge, have great problem-solving skills, and work well both independently and as part of a team.


The Day-To-Day:


  • Be the first point of contact with potential customers; getting creative to pique their interest and move the conversation forward
  • Engage and educate prospects, and discover their pain points through targeted questions
  • Manage and overcome prospect's objections effectively
  • Assist in building and refining our lead generation systems
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to establish fit and create mutual next steps including booking meetings with account executives for further qualification
  • Work closely with the team to make sure the pipeline is optimized
  • Track activity using internal tools and maintain CRM records accurately
  • Build and manage prospecting lists using a variety of tools and resources
  • Nurture cold leads to bring them back into the buying cycle
  • Use your goodnatured wit and charm to build new relationships and sell our products
