    Our expectations:

    The Boom Truck Driver/ Driver is responsible for operating vehicles that demand a 'DZ' license and Boom Operator's certification to transport materials to customers while adhering to safety protocols and providing top-notch customer service face-to-face.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Preparing customer orders, ensuring they are safely secured on the skid with appropriate banding and wrapping considering weather conditions and loading status
    • Getting the delivery vehicle ready, confirming that all items are loaded securely and shielded from external factors, and ensuring all required paperwork is present
    • Driving the vehicle to deliver materials to residences and building sites
    • Utilizing a two-way radio and cell phone to receive instructions and provide updates on progress
    • Performing regular maintenance on the truck and boom, including daily inspections and verifying the availability of safety gear, straps, and paperwork
    • Strictly following safe operational protocols, notifying supervisors of potential risks, maintaining a high standard of safety while adhering to health and safety regulations throughout all tasks
      Exhibiting professional behavior consistently
    • Assisting customers actively in the yard and store premises

    The desired qualifications:

    • Must possess a valid 'DZ' driver's license and Boom Operator's accreditation
    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for understanding customer needs and delivering effective solutions
