What you'll be doing


The Senior Coordinator, Compensation Administration actively assists the department's management team by assuming responsibility for the administrative support of commission related payments in an efficient and timely manner.

The incumbent is accountable for providing professional, accurate and prompt support to mortgage specialists, business partners and external lenders.

Perform a range of specialized functions using independent judgment, analytical thinking, in depth knowledge, and investigative skills to ensure that all parties are compensated correctly.

Ensure productivity standards are achieved or exceeded and Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.

How you'll succeed- Cross-functional relationship

  • Regular contact with internal CIBC employees, teams, departments and Business partners, at various levels to gather, clarify, obtain and provide information for analysis and to respond to requests; resolve complex issues and requests.
