What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales and the Hotel General Manager, the Sales Coordinator will work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve revenue and sales activity goals set by the General Manager and executive leadership


Responsibilities include:

  • Under direction from the Sales Team, create proposals, estimates and prepare formal contracts based on individual client's needs.
  • Preparing a variety of weekly and monthly Sales reports.
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Understand the customer site visit process, including preparing guestrooms & event space for the site.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
