We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to join our team for an 18 month - 2 year maternity leave coverage contract.

The length of contract will depend on experience and start date.

Responsibilities:

Human Resources: recruit, interview and hire new employees; manage training and performance evaluations; conduct staff meetings; discipline and terminate staff as needed; manage employee benefit programs; and maintain employee records.
Financial Management: assist in managing payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable; monitor and update fee schedules, oversee daily and monthly banking procedures; work with our bookkeepers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Monitor the maintenance and purchase of clinic facilities and equipment.
Ensure the clinic and staff are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
Assist the team in handling client questions and complaints.
