Print & CNC Cutting Operator - Full Time

Company Overview:

The Look Company specializes in providing event and location branding solutions for Sport, Retail and Commercial customers globally.

We are a high energy, fast paced environment and looking to grow our company by hiring a full-time Print & CNC Cutting Operator.

Hours of Work:
Day Shift

Position Overview:
Full-time Mon-Fri

Responsibilities include:

Start and operate independently the UV printer, CNC Router and other pre & post treatment machines
Set up printer and check samples for ink coverage, alignment, and registration
Monitor regular print runs for quality and consistency
Ensure product is to customer requirements
Clean and maintain printing equipment
Refill ink when levels are low while maintaining Health and Safety procedures

The Look Company is looking for the following:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desire to work day/evening/night shifts
Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
Must be able to meet time deadlines and maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Must be comfortable and able to perform physical manual labour including moving and loading large rolls of materials of 50+ lbs
Able to stand for prolonged periods as well as bend, pull and push intermittently during the day
Fluent in English
Able to effectively troubleshoot mechanical equipment
Pride in performance; including punctuality and attendance to satisfy our customer's needs
