ABOUT THE TEAM
The main purpose of the position is to help support and develop the advanced performance measurement and analytical service offering for Private market asset class and senior management.
The role includes information technology as well as finance and quantitative dimensions to navigate the advanced portfolio management activities within PSP Investments.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As an Advisor, Performance Measurement and Analytics, you'll:
- Develop, automate and maintain performance operations, reporting and analytics with the purpose of meeting management and Investment Department requirements
- Support the Senior Director with regards to the implementation of new performance benchmark, attribution structures/models and serve as a resource person for the team
- Provide the Senior Director and other members of the team with support related to the production of reports, performance requests and projects
- Implement controls, documentation and develop tools related to sound management of daily operations-
- Work closely with the management team and other support teams to improve the service offering
- Act as an expert for colleagues, to support local initiatives within the Performance Measurement and Analytics department
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
