The position is only open to those currently here in Lower Mainland BC, legally able to work.

Preferred Experience:

4 + years of Carpentry Experience
Framing/Rot Repair
Sheathing
Window Door Installation
Siding, trims & flashing
Working off Scaffold

Duties:

Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
Helping coordinate and supervise the work of other carpenters and construction workers.
Perform carpentry tasks such as Framing/Rot Repair, Sheathing, Window Door Installation, Siding, Trims & Flashing.
Working off Scaffold
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for construction purposes.
Willingness to practice safe work habits and report unsafe conditions.
Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully both internally and externally.
Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter in the construction industry
Work well independently or in a team concept
Hardworking, punctual and reliable
Attention to detail and excellent problemsolving skills
Ability to interpret plans, detail drawings and specification documentation
