    Requirements

  • A proven, detail-oriented, team player
  • 2 years of accounting and payroll experience
  • Strong organization skills
  • Proficient in accounting procedures and software
  • Excellent MS Office abilities
  • The ability to meet deadlines through efficient and effective work
  • Duties Include:

  • Payroll Processing & Reporting
  • Employee Benefits & Compensation administration
  • Month End & Year End Account Reconciliations
  • Prepare payroll deduction remittances
  • T4 Preparation and reconciliation
  • Process documentation relative to the commencement and termination of employees,
  • Process payroll forms such as Employee Benefit Plan Applications, Records of Employment (ROE), Revenue Canada schedules and reports and W.C.B. annual returns.
  • Other accounting duties as required
