Description
Assist the Finance Manager in preparing payroll for 200+ employees on a bi-weekly basis;

  • Prepare invoices to clients on a biweekly basis
  • Prepare the aging receivable report for overdue accounts. Initiate contact for recovery of overdue accounts, and submit action report to CEO.
  • Responsible to Finance Manager for various internal financial reports
  • Be proficient in QBO, Excel
  • Learn quickly and implement financial processes
  • Hold a basic accounting knowledge
  • Be able to work independently on individual projects.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week


Salary:
$21.00 per hour
