Finance Assistant - Hamilton, Canada - Commissionaires
Description
Assist the Finance Manager in preparing payroll for 200+ employees on a bi-weekly basis;- Prepare invoices to clients on a biweekly basis
- Prepare the aging receivable report for overdue accounts. Initiate contact for recovery of overdue accounts, and submit action report to CEO.
- Responsible to Finance Manager for various internal financial reports
- Be proficient in QBO, Excel
- Learn quickly and implement financial processes
- Hold a basic accounting knowledge
- Be able to work independently on individual projects.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
Salary:
$21.00 per hour
