What Is the Opportunity?
This position is the primary point of accountability to business partners and other parties for the management and implementation of small to medium sized projects and/or small programs that support achievement of simple to moderately complex unit or corporate goals.

What Will You Do?

Controls planning and execution of the Projects activities and resources to ensure that established cost, time, and quality goals are met.
Operates within defined parameters using a proven Project Management Methodology with flexibility to merge different methodologies in accomplishing collective goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Typically possess 5 or more year of Project Management or equivalent experience in the total Project life cycle.
Manages team development, actively mentors members of the PM community.
Engages Business Sponsors and Stakeholders in Projects
Understands, applies, and advocates internal standards.
Develops Project budget and manages against it.
May contribute to Business Case. Understands it thoroughly and monitors Project against it.
Understands the benefit metrics to capture and monitor during delivery
Develops contingency plans.

What is a Must Have?

High School diploma or equivalent required.
2 years of project management experience required.
