  • What Is the Opportunity?
  • This position is the primary point of accountability to business partners and other parties for the management and implementation of small to medium sized projects and/or small programs that support achievement of simple to moderately complex unit or corporate goals.
What Will You Do?

  • Controls planning and execution of the Projects activities and resources to ensure that established cost, time, and quality goals are met.
  • Operates within defined parameters using a proven Project Management Methodology with flexibility to merge different methodologies in accomplishing collective goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Typically possess 5 or more year of Project Management or equivalent experience in the total Project life cycle.
  • Manages team development, actively mentors members of the PM community.
  • Engages Business Sponsors and Stakeholders in Projects
  • Understands, applies, and advocates internal standards.
  • Develops Project budget and manages against it.
  • May contribute to Business Case. Understands it thoroughly and monitors Project against it.
  • Understands the benefit metrics to capture and monitor during delivery
  • Develops contingency plans.
What is a Must Have?

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of project management experience required.
