KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Receive inbound & make outbound calls
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
  • Appropriately analyze individual customer issues to determine the most effective resolution for the customer
  • Respond to client inquiries in a prompt, efficient manner
  • Work closely with Logistics and Sales to resolve customer concerns

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least 2 year of customer service experience
  • Call center/customer service experience is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely over the telephone and electronically
  • Enthusiastic, positive and selfmotivated, with an ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
  • French Bilingual (an asset)
