KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive inbound & make outbound calls
Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Appropriately analyze individual customer issues to determine the most effective resolution for the customer
Respond to client inquiries in a prompt, efficient manner
Work closely with Logistics and Sales to resolve customer concerns

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 2 year of customer service experience
Call center/customer service experience is an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely over the telephone and electronically
Enthusiastic, positive and selfmotivated, with an ability to work independently
Proven ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
French Bilingual (an asset)
