Responsabilités:

Price tags maintenance
Translation of item description, features, and benefits

Communications with stores

Seek and translate answers to general questions and inquiries about specific promotions, prices, products, etc.
Providing support to the Purchasing department, as requested
Translations and proofreading of instruction manuals, as well as internal training documents
Participate in general translation projects where assigned

Qualifications:

Perfectly bilingual (French/English)
Impeccable communication and grammar skills, written and verbal
Diploma and experience in translation and retail an asset
Computer proficiency, ability to work on internal systems (training provided)
Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity and confidentiality
High level of initiative and drive
Servicefocused and knowledge of the principles and processes required for exceptional service in a timely manner
