Responsibilities:
- Assist in various clinic tasks such as cleaning, stocking, and organizing supplies.
- Provide support in managing patient flow throughout the clinic.
- Assist with administrative tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and data entry.
- Aid healthcare staff as needed, which may include taking basic patient details, etc.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.、
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is required.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Background or strong interest in healthcare is preferred.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is a plus but not necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Must adhere to all safety and procedure guidelines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Types:

Salary:
$15.50 per hour
