Position Objective:Porsche Cars Canada Internship opportunities are designed to promote both career development and functional expertise for the intern, as well as to complete project-related and day-to-day support for the department. This internship will support the Product Quality and Technical Training Manager on a variety of projects that include but are not limited to technical training activities, technical support monitoring, etc.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Support the Manager, Product Quality and Technical Training
  • Support the Manager, External Affairs & Customer Relations
  • Create and submit approval requests for Purchase Orders and invoicing
  • Special tool inventory, create inventory tracking tool and perform tool inventory
  • Generate PRMS (technical ticket tool) reporting for creating KPI's for product quality
  • Generate Carlisle verbatim clusters and create summary of PCL actions for addressing topics to the dealers
  • Analyze PCL After Sales PPN space and generate action plan for improved utilization and structure
  • Generate Training surveys and create reports
  • Academy admin support
- set up classes in PALMS 2.0 and assist as needed

  • PCL Dealer technical training analysis
- generate reports to analyze ZPT training needs. To be used for planning course offerings

  • HV Battery repair coordination
**Qualifications


QualificationsQualifications***
Education:
  • Recent graduate or currently attaining Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar discipline
  • Basic understanding of dealership functions and parts and service

Skills:


  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to solve advanced problems and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage and oversee several activities at once
  • Desire for continuous development and learning opportunities
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to speak French is preferred
  • German language proficiency is an asset
Working hours are from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
