Job Summary:
The Compliance Administrator supports our dynamic business and proactively identifies opportunities to create and realize efficiencies and gaps within Ledcor's NSC/CVOR compliance program.
This will require an in-depth understanding of NSC/CVOR rules and regulations, and proactive field visits to identify any compliance gaps that need to be addressed or remedied.

- Support the NSC/CVOR program by performing administrative duties required to ensure compliance
- Compile, examine, enter, review and monitor driver and equipment records
- Explain legislation, policies and procedures in a concise and professional manner
- Prepare detailed information packages and presentations for review by management and/or staff on NSC/CVOR compliance
- Obtain and review CVOR Abstracts and properly identifying and documenting the critical information including convictions, collisions, and CVSA inspections
- Conduct ongoing internal audits on safety, driver, hours of service and vehicle documentation
Qualifications:
- 12 years' experience with NSC/CVOR or in a similar role
- Must be detail oriented
- Experience with ARI/Holman, Workday, Fleet Complete, Big Road and/or ELD
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrates ability to work independently, with an ability to research and solve problems
- Must have a valid provincial driver's license and clean drivers abstract
- Successful completion of preemployment drug & alcohol requirements
Work conditions:
- Office based position, with some flexibility of working remotely
- May be required to operate a vehicle for business purposes
- Some travel to various business unit sites may be required
