The Team Leader promotes Christian Horizons Service Principles by assisting in the supports and activities of daily living and recognizing the need for holistic supports in a manner that considers each person's intrinsic value.

The Team Leader will assist the Direct Support Professionals in meeting the needs of the people we serve, promoting growth and enhancing quality of life.

They are responsible to lead the team in the delivery of the daily supports and services provided at the location.

The Team Leader provides timely communication to their supervisor on important matters related to supports, services, and employee performance.

Requirements:

Emergency First Aid/CPR
Valid 'Class G' Driver's License
Computer skills
Creative problem solving, initiative and leadership skills
Interpersonal and communication skills
Organization and Planning
Maintains and expands skills and knowledge relevant to providing high quality supports and services
Proof of Covid Vaccination
