What you will do:

We're a guestfocused and productled team within Cineplex, responsible for a seamless customer experience via our digital platforms. Responsible for the apps and websites for amazing brands like Cineplex, Cineplex Store, The Rec Room, and others, this role offers the opportunity to truly make your mark at an iconic Canadian company.
The Cineplex Digital Products and Experience team has an immediate opening for the position of Quality Assurance Analyst, reporting to the Manager, Quality Assurance. You will work as part of the Quality Assurance team to ensure that we continue to deliver quality products to our guests.
What The Role Is:
Test across multiple platforms (Web, Mobile, SmartTV's, Roku, Chromecast and AppleTV) to ensure overall quality of all Cineplex Store products and experiences
Create/maintain/execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts
Log, communicate and followup on defects to ensure timely resolution
Review project requirements and provide estimates and recommendations for the QA workflow
Communicate and participate in team meetings
Ensure testing timelines are met and provide QA signoff for deployments
What You Need For Success:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
Certification(s) in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
3+ years of Quality Assurance/Software Testing experience
3+ years of experience working in a highly collaborative, crossfunctional agile team.
2+ years of experience with automated testing tools for web, mobile and utilizing CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps
Experience executing API tests using Postman or similar tool
Highly proficient with bug tracking, project/product management and test management tools, such as Azure DevOps.

Experience collaborating with other internal team members across the organization
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
Strong understanding of webbased software architectures and technologies
