Description:

The incumbent will contribute to the attainment of operational objectives in his or her sector by performing the tasks assigned to him or her.

Collaborates with colleagues and demonstrates adaptability to change; is tolerant, receptive, and listens to others and to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the accurate and effective planning and costing of Jonview's packaged product.
Accurately work on loading Jonview's packaged product into the operating system in a timely manner according to department procedures.
Make appropriate checks and follow the proofing procedures to ensure absolute accuracy within deadlines, in order to fully transact business.
Answer queries from all departments in an accurate and timely manner.
Other departmental projects as required.

Position Requirements

Post-Secondary school education
Minimum 2 years industry related experience
Strong English communication both oral and verbal, other languages an asset
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Ability to work hybrid work policy
Strong attention to detail and autonomy
Proficient in Word and Excel, and data entry
