Job Description:


  • Work within a growing team of transport professionals managing, executing and monitoring the daytoday rail car movements within an allocated region of Canada and/or the United States.
  • Ensure sales contracts are followed / rail cars are loaded and released to the correct customers and with the appropriate contracted rail road.
  • Work together with Trade Execution department to identify priority shipments and ensure shipment/delivery schedules are followed.
  • Maintain and develop a professional relationship with both internal and external customers, railroad companies and other service providers.
  • Support the department operations manager on railcar billing/releases and diversions.
  • Provide details of shipments to the Documentation
  • Support team enabling timely delivery of reports to both Customs and customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team toward the goal of maximizing the utilization of the company's rail car assets.

  • Ease of working on different platforms.
  • Learning new software must not be an issue.
  • Online platform friendly: Outlook 365, Google Drive, Forms, Shared files. Intranet, knowledge in Excel.
  • Bilingual (English and French) an asset.
