Job Description:

Work within a growing team of transport professionals managing, executing and monitoring the daytoday rail car movements within an allocated region of Canada and/or the United States.
Ensure sales contracts are followed / rail cars are loaded and released to the correct customers and with the appropriate contracted rail road.
Work together with Trade Execution department to identify priority shipments and ensure shipment/delivery schedules are followed.
Maintain and develop a professional relationship with both internal and external customers, railroad companies and other service providers.
Support the department operations manager on railcar billing/releases and diversions.
Provide details of shipments to the Documentation
Support team enabling timely delivery of reports to both Customs and customers.
Work collaboratively with the team toward the goal of maximizing the utilization of the company's rail car assets.

Strong intellectual curiosity and drive to succeed.
Ease of working on different platforms.
Learning new software must not be an issue.
Online platform friendly: Outlook 365, Google Drive, Forms, Shared files. Intranet, knowledge in Excel.
Bilingual (English and French) an asset.
