Cyber Risk Management Analyst

JOB PURPOSE

Role Summary:


This analyst role will support the Risk Framework Manager and the wider Cyber Risk team within Unilever's Cyber Security Function.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Risk Framework Mgr. with the operation, maintenance, and management of the Cyber Risk Management Framework.
  • Responsible for 'light touch' assurance of risk management/assessment activity to ensure the framework is being used consistently.
  • Responsible for the creation and delivery of risk assessment guidelines & training.
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of risk assessment templates.
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of a Cyber Risk Assessment repository and collaboration space.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to be understood by both technical and nontechnical personnel.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet key deadlines for delivery.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with internationally located stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with vague/inexplicit requirements to build prototypes and sketches and go through multiple iterations before agreeing on a workable solution.

Experience:


  • Experience in Cyber Security.
  • Experience within a customerfocused environment.
  • Understanding of global best practice standards (e.g. NIST, CIS, ISO), Information Security standards and controls. An understanding of the "three lines of defense" model for appropriate segregation of duties and risk transparency is a plus.
  • Experience working in Cyber or Technical Risk Management would be advantageous but is not essential.

Location


In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London to house the employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars, Lever House in Kingston, Unilever House in Leatherhead and Graze in Richmond.
