ABOUT THE JOB
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
- Order acknowledgements;
- Enter and process customer orders;
- Order follow up through to fulfillment;
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
- Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries/complaints;
- Knowledge of service offerings to best assist the customers;
- Keeping records of customer interactions through available software;
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
- Work with sales representatives and other colleagues daily to provide the utmost service to customers.
OUR OFFER

- Salary between $ $55000
- Mon to Fri schedule
- Group insurance after three months of Probation
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma required, CITT or PLOG an asset
- Ability to maintain a calm approach when dealing with customers
- Comfortable using multiple TMS systems in tandem
- Ability to work independently or with other representatives
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to juggle several tasks at once
- Good listening skills
Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
