Overview

Responsibilities

Manage and organize the inventory and tools in the shop as well as on internal software
Prepare orders for delivery according to schedule.
Update inventory records as ordered.
Maintain inventory control records including price lists, delivery records, etc.
Communicate with maintenance staff, vendors, and other Panoramic Properties Inc staff as appropriate.
Provide professional service at all times at the Panoramic Properties Inc location including but not limited to: ordering, inventory management, reporting, etc.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in contruction supplies or related industry preferred
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a positive attitude and good work ethic
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Word) with ability to learn new software quickly. Our prefered software is Limble for inventory and tool management.
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
