Customer Services Representative
Provincial Smart Home Services is one of Canada's fastest-growing companies. We provide residential homeowners with the latest Smart Home and HVAC products as well as 24/7 protection on their new equipment. Provincial Smart Home Services is looking for Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional customer service to our existing and potential clients. You will be a part of a team of professionals working to ensure our clients are always satisfied
Please note this is not a remote position
Looking to fill - 1 pm to 9:30 pm Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete thirdparty verification calls
- Schedule install jobs for Technicians
- Verify billing transactions and invoices of customers
- Address daily questions and inquiries from customers to help solve concerns, or direct them as appropriate to tier two service levels
- Create and maintain customer database entries in a timely and accurate fashion
- Provide effective and timely resolutions regarding a range of customer inquiries for home services and energyrelated inquiries
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and go above and beyond to treat our customers like family
Key Competencies:
- Ability to communicate in a professional and approachable manner
- Ability to take the initiative to resolve customer concerns above the expected solution without compromising business objectives
- Critical thinking and problemsolving skills dealing with individual and unique customer needs
- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal in English
- Ownership of the customer experience journey
- Ability to learn new information and systems quickly with a proven ability to multitask
- Proven ability to process high volumes of work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Passionate to succeed and dedicated to supporting the team
Experience:
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional experience in determining customer needs and presenting solutions
- Previous experience in a call center an asset
- Postsecondary education an asset
Salary:
$20.00-$21.00 per hour
